The Portsmouth Public Schools Nursing Program was evaluated last week by The Virginia State Board of Nursing. The Nursing Board program earned a fully accredited status.
The program is reviewed each year to make sure the program is following all state guidelines.
The nursing assistant program is located on the Manor High School campus and offers opportunities for students at all-three Portsmouth high schools to enroll in the program.
