The Portsmouth Schools Foundation is proud to announce Elizabeth River Crossings (ERC), operator of the Downtown Tunnel, Midtown Tunnel, and MLK Expressway in Portsmouth, as the Presenting Sponsor for the 2026 State of the Schools Leadership Breakfast.
Taking place on October 14, 2026, at Rivers Casino Portsmouth, this event brings together community leaders, business partners, educators, parents, and stakeholders to hear from Superintendent Dr. Eli Bracey on the progress, priorities, and future direction of Portsmouth Public Schools.
Education is at the core of ERC’s social responsibility efforts, and as Presenting Sponsor, Elizabeth River Crossings will play a key role in supporting this important community event and helping elevate engagement across the city.
